How to Practice Metta Bhavana

(Perform each line for three times while radiating Metta)

1. Sit. 2. Close your eyes. 3. Visualize people in the category for each line. 4. Perform mental chanting (the line) three times while you imagine radiating Metta from you to the people in the category you visualize for. 5. The details can be modified a little bit. You can take either the first part or the second one.  6. It would take about 30 minutes to perform.
